TERMS OF SERVICE

Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with BeezCuit, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Products:

  • All products are made fresh to order with no preservatives.
  • Processing time is 4 business days for all orders.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Orders and Payment:

  • All orders must be paid in full before processing.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major credit cards through Shopify Payments.

Delivery:

  • Alfajores: Local delivery only due to perishable nature.
  • Cookies: Available for nationwide shipping.
  • Delivery days are Thursdays and Mondays.
  • Customer is responsible for being available to receive perishable items.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Due to health regulations and the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final.
  • No returns or refunds are accepted once the order is delivered.
  • We stand behind our quality - if we make an error with your order (wrong flavors, missing items), contact info@beezcuit.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • For alfajores delivered via BeezCuit Local Delivery: we ensure product quality during transport.
  • For cookies shipped by mail: customer assumes responsibility for product condition during shipping.
  • Refunds will only be considered for orders that were not delivered due to our error.

Liability:

  • BeezCuit is not responsible for products left unattended after delivery.
  • Customer assumes responsibility for proper storage after delivery.
