TERMS OF SERVICE

Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with BeezCuit, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Products:
- All products are made fresh to order with no preservatives.
- Processing time is 4 business days for all orders.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Orders and Payment:
- All orders must be paid in full before processing.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We accept major credit cards through Shopify Payments.
Delivery:
- Alfajores: Local delivery only due to perishable nature.
- Cookies: Available for nationwide shipping.
- Delivery days are Thursdays and Mondays.
- Customer is responsible for being available to receive perishable items.
Returns and Refunds:
- Due to health regulations and the perishable nature of our food products, all sales are final.
- No returns or refunds are accepted once the order is delivered.
- We stand behind our quality - if we make an error with your order (wrong flavors, missing items), contact info@beezcuit.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
- For alfajores delivered via BeezCuit Local Delivery: we ensure product quality during transport.
- For cookies shipped by mail: customer assumes responsibility for product condition during shipping.
- Refunds will only be considered for orders that were not delivered due to our error.
Liability:
- BeezCuit is not responsible for products left unattended after delivery.
- Customer assumes responsibility for proper storage after delivery.
